Van Gogh Exhibit in Indianapolis

 On our way home from visiting family in northern Indiana, we stopped at the Newfields Museum in Indianapolis to see their immersive Van Gogh exhibit

The Van Gogh exhibit was an immersive video show that projected animations of Van Gogh's work on all the walls and floors of a warehouse-like space.

The lone real Van Gogh painting in the exhibit - "Sheaves of Wheat", painted in 1890 in Auvers-sur-Oise.  It was so cool to be able to see the actual texture of the paint.

Lauren Daigle Concert

 We had tickets to see Lauren Daigle in Rupp Arena in 2020, but then the pandemic hit.  The rescheduled concert finally took place, and we were there for the show.

Kentucky-LSU Football Game

 One of the girls' birthday presents this year was tickets to see their Kentucky Wildcats football team play LSU.

Some friends of ours are LSU fans - we wished them a bad night before going into the stadium.

Family Photo Shoot 2021

 With A.J. home from the Army for a couple of weeks, we took advantage of the family time to have family photos taken by our friend Hannah of Moments Captured by Hannah.  This year's shoot took place at the Lexington Arboretum.

A.J.'s Home!

 After graduating from his Advanced Individual Training program at Fort Benning, Georgia, A.J. was able to come home to Kentucky for a few days before shipping to his duty station at Fort Hood, Texas.

Had to have some Ethiopian food while A.J. is home!
