Sometimes life can take you in new directions quite unexpectedly. This summer I helped provide some preaching for the Christian Life Church of Milton, KY. We have enjoyed getting to know the good folks there, and the pastor search committee asked me to consider staying on. Today, on what was supposed to be my last Sunday, the church voted me in as their Pastor. We will be making the 90-mile journey from Wilmore up to Milton each week, and we are looking forward to what God has in store.
On a beautiful, sunny, 63-degree March day, Matt took the girls and their cousins visiting from Indiana down to Natural Bridge to get out in nature and enjoy the fresh air and some Miguel's Pizza.
One of the girls' birthday presents this year was tickets to see their Kentucky Wildcats football team play LSU.
With A.J. home from the Army for a couple of weeks, we took advantage of the family time to have family photos taken by our friend Hannah of Moments Captured by Hannah. This year's shoot took place at the Lexington Arboretum.
