Soccer Season Wrap-Up

A.J.'s soccer season came to an end in disappointing fashion as his high school team was upset in the first round of the regional tournament.  Still, it was a very good year for A.J., who finished with 19 goals and 18 assists in 22 games and was named to the All-District and All-Region Teams.  Here are some shots from the season, taken by one of the soccer dads who is a very talented photographer:

We are very proud of this young man, not just because he is great at playing soccer, but because of the way he represents his school and his family as a player.

After a very disappointing loss in the regional tournament in a game that came down to a penalty kick shootout, the two teams gathered in a show of sportsmanship at midfield.
